    • 1 quart Heavy Cream
  •  
    • ½ cup Banana Liquor
    • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  •  
    • ½ cup Powder Sugar, sifted
    • 2 scoops SC3 Stabilizer

directions

1. Dry blend the powder sugar and stabilizer.
2. For this amount, you may use a 5 qt. mixer. Clean, sanitize, and chill bowl and whip attachment. Begin whipping cream as quickly as possible without making a mess.
3. When the cream begins to hold a track, add the banana liquor and the vanilla. Then you may add the sifted powdered sugar and stabilizer. Continue to whip on high speed to firm peak.
4. Store in refrigeration until ready for use.
