- 1 quart Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Banana Liquor
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla
- ½ cup Powder Sugar, sifted
- 2 scoops SC3 Stabilizer

1. Dry blend the powder sugar and stabilizer. |
2. For this amount, you may use a 5 qt. mixer. Clean, sanitize, and chill bowl and whip attachment. Begin whipping cream as quickly as possible without making a mess. |
3. When the cream begins to hold a track, add the banana liquor and the vanilla. Then you may add the sifted powdered sugar and stabilizer. Continue to whip on high speed to firm peak. |
4. Store in refrigeration until ready for use. |
