1.Creaming method. 2.Mix in almonds after adding the sifted ingredients. 3.Make-up—bar method—divide dough in 4 equal pieces and roll into log. 4.Egg wash and bake at 325. 5.Let cool then cut on bias. Place cut side down on sheet tray and bake at 275 F until dry. 20-25 slices per log; 4 logs - 14 oz each |
