  • 1 dz croissant
  • .25 heads lettuce
  • 2.5 lbs chicken, breast, skinless, boneless
  • 3 ounces celery, diced
  • 3 ounces apples, diced granny smith
  • 3 ounces grapes, seedless
  • 3 ounces walnuts, chopped
  • 9 ounces mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces milk
  • .125 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • .75 lbs potato chips

directions

1. Boil chicken until tender, drain and cool. Chop chicken and place in large mixing bowl.
2. Wash grapes, wash and chop celery, apples and walnuts, add to chicken.
3. Whisk together mayo, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper, pour over chicken mix together.
4. Slice croissants. Serve along the side with approximately 3 ounces chicken salad and lettuce leaf.
5. Serve on plate along side sandwiches or in bowls family style.
