- 1 dz croissant
- .25 heads lettuce
- 2.5 lbs chicken, breast, skinless, boneless
- 3 ounces celery, diced
- 3 ounces apples, diced granny smith
- 3 ounces grapes, seedless
- 3 ounces walnuts, chopped
- 9 ounces mayonnaise
- 2 ounces milk
- .125 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper, to taste
- .75 lbs potato chips

1. Boil chicken until tender, drain and cool. Chop chicken and place in large mixing bowl. |
2. Wash grapes, wash and chop celery, apples and walnuts, add to chicken. |
3. Whisk together mayo, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper, pour over chicken mix together. |
4. Slice croissants. Serve along the side with approximately 3 ounces chicken salad and lettuce leaf. |
5. Serve on plate along side sandwiches or in bowls family style. |
