    • 1 ¼ pound cookie crumbs or shortdough
    • 2 ounces Granulated Sugar
    • 4 ounce Butter, melted

directions

1. Combine the ingredients and mix by hand. You may need to add a little more or less butter. Clench some of the mixture in your hand. If it holds together slightly it is correct.

Yeilds (6) 8" cheesecakes
2. Place 9 oz in 10" pans and 5 oz in 6" pans or 8 oz in (2) 8 oz pans.
3. Remove and allow to cool.
4. SUBSTITUTE: Use Oreo cookies. Crush up 18 oz of whole cookies and omit butter.
