  • 2 teaspoons Coffee extract
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 ounces Tart dried cherries
  • Powdered sugar, as needed

directions

1.Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.

2.Add cocoa to the melted butter.

3.Stir in the eggs, coffee extract, and vanilla, fully blending before adding the next ingredient.

4.Stir the chocolate mixture into the flour mixture.

5.Fold in the chocolate chips and cherries.

6.Shape into 2 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.

7.Bake on parchment line sheet tray at 350 F.
