  • 2.5 Tbsp Cream of tartar
  • 4 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 32 ounces Butter
  • 44 ounces Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Milk
  • 4 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 8 ea Eggs
  • Cinnamon sugar, as needed

directions

1.Creaming method.

2.Scoop dough with ice cream scoop, place on parchment lined sheet trays.

3. Dust tops of cookies with cinnamon sugar before and after baking.


Cinnamon Sugar = 2 lb sugar, 1 oz of cinnamon
