- .75 lb ground chuck
- .25 lb ground pork
- 4 ounces panko bread crumbs
- 4 large eggs
- 4 ounces whole milk
- 6 ounces romano, grated
- 3 ounces spanish onion, grated
- 2 ounces garlic, finely diced
- 1 ounces fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 ounces fresh basil, chopped
- Spaghetti
- 1.25 lb spaghetti noodles
- 48 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 2 ounce parmesan cheese
- 8 ea Garlic Sticks

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray. |
2. Sweat onions in butter or oil just until translucent, add garlic to onions for about 1 minute. Remove from heat. |
3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl or mixer with paddle. If mixture seems a little loose, add more bread crumbs. |
4. Roll meatballs loosely about the size of a golf ball and place on baking sheet. (used red scoop) Place in preheated oven for approximately 40-45 minutes or internal temp of 160. |
