ingredients

  • .75 lb ground chuck
  • .25 lb ground pork
  • 4 ounces panko bread crumbs
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 ounces whole milk
  • 6 ounces romano, grated
  • 3 ounces spanish onion, grated
  • 2 ounces garlic, finely diced
  • 1 ounces fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 ounces fresh basil, chopped
  • Spaghetti
    • 1.25 lb spaghetti noodles
    • 48 ounces spaghetti sauce
    • 2 ounce parmesan cheese
  • 8 ea Garlic Sticks

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
2. Sweat onions in butter or oil just until translucent, add garlic to onions for about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl or mixer with paddle. If mixture seems a little loose, add more bread crumbs.
4. Roll meatballs loosely about the size of a golf ball and place on baking sheet. (used red scoop) Place in preheated oven for approximately 40-45 minutes or internal temp of 160.
